Inventarisasi fungi di Taman Nasional Alas Purwo, Banyuwangi

Penelitian ini mengkaji keanekaragaman jamur di Taman Nasional Alas Purwo dengan fokus pada identifikasi spesies dan karakteristik habitatnya. Survei lapangan dilakukan selama dua hari menemukan 11 spesies jamur dari berbagai ekosistem. Pada hari pertama, delapan spesies berhasil diidentifikasi, diantaranya Auricularia mesenterica, Ganoderma applanatum, Geastrum saccatum, Tremella fuciformis, Marasmiellus ramealis, Picnoporus sanguineus, Schizophyllum commune, dan Coltricia perennis. Hari kedua menemukan tiga spesies tambahan, seperti Inocybe rimosa, Pleurotus ostreatus, dan Trametes gibbosa. Identifikasi morfologi dilakukan di lapangan, dengan verifikasi lebih lanjut di laboratorium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran ekologis jamur dalam dekomposisi dan siklus nutrisi. Studi ini berkontribusi pada dokumentasi keanekaragaman hayati jamur di hutan tropis dan mendukung upaya konservasi. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan teknik molekuler guna meningkatkan akurasi taksonomi.
