Modal sosial dan kearifan lokal sebagai sumber inovasi pada umkm perempuan: Sebuah systematic literature review

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran modal sosial dan kearifan lokal sebagai sumber inovasi pada UMKM perempuan. Kajian menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA 2020. Pencarian dilakukan pada Scopus, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar untuk publikasi 2020–2026; dari 50 artikel yang teridentifikasi, 8 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis menggunakan thematic analysis enam tahap Braun dan Clarke (2006). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial berperan sebagai sumber akses terhadap informasi, pengetahuan, kolaborasi, dan dukungan komunitas yang mendorong munculnya inovasi pada UMKM perempuan, sementara kearifan lokal berfungsi sebagai sumber diferensiasi melalui pemanfaatan pengetahuan tradisional, nilai budaya, serta sumber daya lokal dalam penciptaan produk, proses, dan model bisnis baru. Sintesis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keduanya memiliki hubungan yang saling melengkapi, di mana modal sosial menjadi mekanisme yang memungkinkan pertukaran dan pengembangan pengetahuan lokal menjadi inovasi bernilai ekonomi.
