ESG Disclosure dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh skor Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, yang diukur dengan Return on Assets (ROA), pada perusahaan sektor energi dan barang baku di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019–2021. Dengan metode regresi data panel terhadap 28 perusahaan, hasil menunjukkan bahwa ESG berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA (β = 935,60; p = 0,05). Variabel kontrol DER juga berpengaruh positif signifikan (β = 196,18; p < 0,05), sedangkan CR berpengaruh negatif signifikan namun berdampak kecil secara ekonomis. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa praktik keberlanjutan mendukung profitabilitas perusahaan dan selaras dengan prinsip Stakeholder Theory.
